  • Where is Delphos Premier Storage located?

    Delphos Premier Storage has 4 conveniently located facilities:

  • What are the office hours?

    We do not have an office onsite however the phone hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 7pm Sat/Sun 9am-5pm

  • What are the access hours?

    Gate access is available from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week, at all locations. 24 hour access is available at an additional fee

  • Do you send paper invoices?

    No. All invoices and communications are electronic. We do not send paper invoices by mail.

  • How do I pay my storage bill?

    Payments can be made online, by calling to speak with a representative, or by setting up AutoPay.

  • Do you require notice before move-out?

    We do not require advanced notice however customers must call us to notify us of their move out and then send a text photo of the unit completely cleaned out with their storage number in the picture.

  • What items am I not allowed to store?

    Perishables (food), plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.

  • Do you require I carry insurance for the contents of my storage unit?

    Yes, we require that you carry insurance on the contents of your storage unit and you have two options for this. 


    First Option: you can provide proof of insurance from your homeowners, renters, business or auto policy. We consider proof of insurance to be a document that has the following information:

    • Insurance Provider
    • Policy Number
    • Personal Property Coverage Limit
    • Policy Expiration Date

    This document could be your declarations page or a certificate of insurance (COI) that you can request from your provider.


    Second Option: you can sign up for our storage insurance which is provided through Safelease. Policies start at $12.00 per month for $2000 in coverage.

  • Do I need to provide my own lock?

    Yes. Customers are required to provide their own lock for all locations.

  • When is my rent due?

    Rent is due on the 1st of each month, unless otherwise noted on the account. Payment must be received within 5 days of the due date. After the 5th day, a late fee is applied.

  • What should I do if I forget my gate code?

    If you forgot your gate access code, you can give us a call at 419-500-4905 or text us at 740-480-3621
